The Comfort Company Elements Gel Seat Cushion is available in two heights with two unique cover choices. There is a two-inch thick seat and a three-inch thick seat cushion. All of these comfort cushions have a Quadragel insert that cools, comforts, and stabilizes the body. All of these seat cushions are latex-free for your health and safety.

The layer of Quadragel keeps your body and the seat in place by preventing migration. The gel insert repositions the internal material in order to prevent pressure ulcers. It is breathable and keeps you cooler than models without the gel insert. The design is split into four separate quadrants of gel comfort.

The solid layer of foam contours to your body in order to specifically target pressure points along the coccyx, thighs, and bony prominences of the body. The base of each seat cushion is treated with a skid-resistant material. That way the cushion will remain in the same position every time you stand up or sit down.

The Stretch-Air cover is ideal for athletes or individuals seated for long periods of time and require an aerated seat cushion. The latex-free cover dissipates heat quickly. The Comfort-Tek cover is specifically infection control by design. It has a natural incontinence barrier because of the polyurethane material. The cover is smooth and very soft to the touch, The polyester back has a high-stretch ability. It may be wiped clean with any common household cleaner or disinfectant.

The Comfort-Tek outer cover should be cleaned with a cloth damp with water after disinfecting it. Then let it air dry if the mess has been cleaned. If the mess cannot be removed on the surface, it may be tossed in a machine washer at any temperature. Please, tumble dry on low heat.
